I'm not the greatest tea drinker; I'm usually more of a coffee person. I mainly like to drink tea in the morning with my breakfast (if I have any!); also I sometimes like it at mid-morning break - I dip my biscuit into my tea and eat it . . . just like in my childhood days but with less mess! As a 'Spanish' custom, I like my tea very sweet and very strong; the stronger . . . the better . . . The real colour of the tea is slightly reddish and the taste of the tea is slightly bitter, not just coloured boiling water like some like to drink it! Of course, I drink tea without milk. When I wake up in the morning I can't fully function until I have had at least a couple of cups of tea inside me, I therefore thought I would be more than qualified enough to write a review about Co-op Fairtrade Organic Tea Bags. Throughout the day I will intake countless mugs of tea, and am thus always on the look out for that perfect brew. The purchase of these particular tea bags involved a trip down to the local Co-Op where I swiftly found them labelled at a price of £1.95. I thought this was rather expensive for 80 teabags, however given that the product is both Organic and Fairtrade, I was more than happy to part with my money for the box of teabags. The ... The British are one of the largest tea consumers in the world with each person consuming on average 2.1 kg per year. ****Co-Op Fair Trade Organic Tea Bags**** I have never tried Organic Teabags before so I was quite looking forward to actually tasting and reviewing my favourite hot drink in the Organic form. I went to the Teabag section in the Co-op, and searched high and low, but they were not to be found anywhere on these shelves. So I asked an assistant if they had any Organic Teabags in their store.
