Always coca cola ola ola............ as the adverts used to go! Well, personally I wouldn't recommend ALWAYS coca cola because it's very high in sugar... not that it's all bad:

Taste
It does have a great taste. It tastes like fizzy caramel and sugar. It's lovely, especially when it's cold! Something I have noticed is that if I drink too much then it does leave a very very sweet after taste in your mouth that tends to linger (which some people may not like, I personally didn't mind!!) ;-).

Well, it has 105 calories in just one 250ml serving. Thats 5% of your GDA. The 2 Litre bottle holds 8 X 250ml servings which is 40% of your GDA. It contains 26.5g of sugar which is a shocking 29% of your GDA in just one 250ml serving. So if you drink the whole bottle thats 232% of your GDA, which is actually 2 days and about a quarter, frightening!!!!!! and believe me it's easy to swallow the whole bottle aswell.

On the good side of the health it has 0% Fat and 0% Salt!

Packaging:
Well, the bottle itself is transparent so you can see the brownish blackish drink. The label is red, with bubbles on it and the Coca Cola is written in the classic joined up writing. Bright red lid with the same coca cola written on it!

So, if your willing to consume the masses of sugar then this drink it lovely! But for most of us then it should really be treated as a treat.

Summary: It's great tasting, but the sugar intake with this little dude is huge!!
