Advantages: Tastes delicious. Cheap & available nationwide

Disadvantages: Bad for teeth. Not a healthy drink

My favourite drink of all time has got to be Original Coca Cola. Coca Cola have released many drinks since their original flavour, such as Coca Cola & Lime, Coca Cola & Lemon, Coca Cola & Vanilla, but to me, none of these even come close to the original. There are also other companies who have tried to match the flavour or get a better tasting cola and Pepsi have also tried to compete with the company. However, none have even come close.

I have been a fan of this drink since I was young. Although the drink is bad for your teeth and not exactly good for you, neither are many drinks out in the market today such as Lilt, Pepsi, Dr. Pepper, Fanta, Tango etc.

Coca Cola is one of the largest manufacturers of a non-alcoholic drink. The original soft drink was created by John Pemberton in 1886 and is just as popular today, if not more. There are many other products produced by Coca Cola now such as Diet Coke, Diet Coke Caffeine Free, Cherry Coke, Diet Cherry Coke, Coke with Lemon, Diet Coke with Lemon, Vanilla Coke, Diet Vanilla Coke, Coca Cola c2, Coca Cola Zero, Coca Cola Black Cherry Vanilla, Diet Coca Cola Black Cherry Vanilla, Coca Cola BlaK, Diet Coke Plus and also Coca Cola orange.

The soft drink is also used in many pubs and bars throughout the world to make up an alcoholic mixed such as Vodka and Coke, J.D. and Coke, Morgan's and Coke etc.

Every Christmas, you will notice that Coca Cola strongly advertise their company and there is often an advert played hundreds of times on T.V. In fact, I've heard people say "it's not Christmas until you see Coca Cola on the TV!".

Coca Cola has had some criticism over the past few years when they released bottled water. However, the water turned out to be not what they claimed but tap water! However, the company remained strong and is just as popular today as it was then.

Coca Cola comes in cans and bottles of different sizes. The standard can size is 330ml's and costs roughly 62p. The ingredients and recipe for this drink has been kept a secret for years and years and is only created in 5 different places throughout the World. A syrup is created and then a "formula" is mixed with this to created the famous drink.

Coca Cola is sold nationwide in almost every supermarket. The price obviously varies but costs roughly 62p for a single, standard sized can.

My Opinion

I loved this drink and think I will for years to come. The drink is hugely popular with all ages, young and old and is often used in bars and restaurants. The drink tastes quiet fruity and is extremely refreshing on a hot day if it has been in the fridge to cool. The drink is quite fizzy though so too many could leave you with a sore stomach! Also there is a high sugar content which obviously is not good for your teeth. There are roughly 100 calories per standard can of coke.

Summary: A tasty refreshing drink by Coca Cola
