I'm quite a big fan of soft drinks. My favourite would probably have to be Coca-Cola. The Brand name 'Coca-Cola', or 'Coke' as it's often known, is instantly recognised all around the world. It's red label with the words 'Coca-Cola' in white writing is arguably one of the most famous in the world, though I suppose the McDonalds Golden Arches are also very famous.

Coke has a really unique rich cola flavour. It's a very refreshing drink and quenches thirst well. It will fill you up with gas though, so brace yourself for some wind! It's a very sweet drink, with a lot of sugar in it, and if my kids are anything to go by it can be quite addictive!

It makes for a very good mixer with some alcoholic drinks. I know i'm partial to the odd rum and coke!

I like other brands of cola, even the cheap supermarket versions, but Coke is my favourite. Diet Coke has a slightly different taste to regular full fat coke, but it's not to everyone's liking. I do like it though, and it also has little over 1 calorie in a 330ml can.

You can buy it in 150ml & 330ml cans (or multipacks of 6, 12 or 24 cans), and in 500ml 1.5l & 2l bottles (or 2 x 2l twin packs).

A can of 330ml coke can cost from about 50p individually, but if you buy cans or bottles in bulk you will save money. Since there is reasonably long shelf life for Coke i'd suggest that you do buy in bulk and hide your stash from your kids!

Coke is widely available in shops of all kinds, vending machines, cafes, bars, pretty much it's everywhere!
