Advantages: Reasonable price, Tasty, Recycable Can

Disadvantages: Not very healthy.

A thirsty young lass, one day,
went shopping in the local Safeway.
What could she drink that might be nice?
And sold at a very reasonable price?

She found a can of white and red
Coca cola, the curly logo said.
But is it good for you?, she thought.
I better check before I take a draught.

On the back, the can of coke read,
One hundred and forty calories, she said.
Thirty nine grams of sugar, no less,
Fifty milligrams of sodium, not a guess.

At about seventy pence a can,
To the nearest check out she ran.
Opening it easily with the ring pull,
She knocked it back, tasty and cool.

The first thing she noticed was the fizz.
It put her taste buds into a tizz.
It tasted rich and ever so sweet,
The enamel on her teeth did deplete.

She thought it tasted akin to root beer,
with a hint of vanilla, a floral cheer.
Overall its flavour was unique,
A glorious blend, not bland and bleak.

On inspecting the can she saw the Coke Zone,
she texted her code using her mobile phone.
A loyalty scheme it was, she read.
Earn prizes for points, it enticingly said.

From now on, a loyal fan she would be,
Would recommend it to all that she might see.
The only negative was, that it wasn't healthy.
Perhaps it would be best to buy the sugar free.

Summary: Coca Cola is a tasty, fizzy soft drink, but is very bad for you, health wise!
