Disadvantages: Very bad for your teeth. Diet version worse than normal one

Coco-Cola seems to be thee most popular drink! Everyone always seems to choose it when they go out to restuarants or buying a drink at a shop. It's even a popular drink to mix with alcoholic beverages such as Malibou.

Personally, I don't see what the fuss is about. It tastes okay, but it's certainly not the nicest tasting drink. I much prefer Fanta or lemonade! I've always found that if I drink it I get stomach ache afterwards, so that's always put me off further. It's also terrible for your teeth as it's so acidic.

People also seem to go for the diet version claiming that it is so much healthier for them and that it's fine to drink on a diet. In actual fact it is so much worse for you. Although it doesn't contain all that added sugar that the normal version does, it contains a heck load of other things for you that will only do you worse. Stick to the normal one, which also tastes much nicer.

Summary: Overall, I don't see what the fuss is about!
