Advantages: Unbeatable when drunk from a glass bottle

Disadvantages: Very likely to turn you diabetic

Coca-Cola is an iconic drink, and one of the most recognisable brands in the world.

Coca-Cola is short for Cocaine-Cola Nut, the original ingredients. So with the added 'pep' of the cocaine being removed decades ago, what is left is an amazingly sugary soft drink.

I've drank coca-cola all my life. The main problem with this drink is the aforementioned sugar content, at least 6 teaspoons worth per 500ml bottle. So sickly to drink, making it not that refreshing on a hot summer's day.

Coke does have peculiar taste qualities depending on it's packaging. Drinking Coke from a plastic bottle is the worst, the drink warms up rapidly and doesn't taste too good. From a can it's a happy medium, if it's cold enough it's nice.

The only real way to enjoy this drink is ice cold straight from a glass bottle. Whether this preference is subliminally implanted by the ads always showing someone enjoying Coke from a glass bottle i do not know, but it does taste sublime when imbibed this way.

So listen to the ads when they say 'Always The Real Thing', stick to the glass bottles wherever possible!

Summary: Very sugary, but nice enough
