Coca Cola is probably the most famous soft drink of all time. Go to any country throughout the world and in the typical English way say "Coca cola" very loudly while gesticulating wildly with your hands and you will be served this highly sugared but highly wonderful fizzy drink.

I dont think ive ever come accross anyone whos never heard of Coca Cola but for the few who havnt tasted it i'll try to describe the flavour.

Ummmm, Hmmmmm.......SUGARY!!!! It is a really sugary drink, it sort of tastes a little bit caramelly and even the original flavour tastes a slight bit of vanilla. Anyone whos tried it (i guess 99% of the population) will know that its hard to describe it without saying 'it tastes like coke'.

Now Coke comes in an array of varieties and flavours- cherry, vanilla,diet, zero (i think thats no sugar) and a clear see through variety called Tab although that was withdrawn after only a year.

There are rumours and urban legends that a car washed with coke will completely strip the paint in a mere day, while i dont know if there is any truth in that, i did used to have a pal that drank litres of this stuff a day, and he ended up losing a bunch of teeth.

As with everything else, im sure its fine in moderation, the occasional glass rather than litres everyday.

I would definately reccomend this to anyone, its high sugar content does make it quite addictive and it can sometimes be hard not to gulp down the whole bottle.
