Advantages: Fizz lasts well
Disadvantages: Too much sugar, film on teeth, tastes too sweet
Coke is my Husbands favourite fizzy drink, min is Pepsi max and drinking some of his drink recently I remembered why. You can buy Coke in diet, cherry and fruit twist varieties and a 2 litre bottle will set you back £1.98 which I think is a ridiculous price especially when we go through about 2 litres a day in our house and therefore i will only buy it when it's on offer.
Coke is available in many different sized bottles and even mutlipack bottle packs, you can also buy coke in cans either singly or in a multipack. A bottle of Coke is see through so you can see the black liquid inside, the bottle has a bright red screw top cap and the label is bright red in colour too so it is easy to spot in the supermarket. The label shows the Coca Cola logo across the front in white and shows the following nutritional information, a 250ml serving gives 105 calories, 26.5g of sugar and zero fats, saturated fats and salt.
I find that Coke is too full of sugar for me and it leaves a coating on my teeth which makes them squeak against each other which I hate, I think that the drink tastes too sweet and the calories in a 500ml bottle would be 10% of your calorie intake for a day which I find pretty shocking from a drink. I would always opt for the diet Coke version if I needed a drink and had to have Coke but even that doesn;t compare to Pepsi Max in my opinion so I only drink it if Coke is on offer and Pepsi Max isn't but I will never drink the full sugar version I value my teeth too much.
Summary: Not for me
