Advantages: Tastes lovely, smells lovely, kick start.

Disadvantages: stains your teeth.

One of the most popular drinks throughout the world that was introduced around 800AD, it has been around for a long time and it just keeps getting better and better. Coffee is made from the coffee beans from the coffee plant from.

You can rarely go to any towns without going past cafe after cafe selling tea and coffee these days. Coffe isn't just plain anymore though, you can get lots and lots of different varieties including:
- latte.
- cappuccino.
- Mocha.
- espresso.

Different coffees can be made by having increased coffee amounts, added creams, chocolate and other ways.

A cup of coffee in a cafe can cost you anything between 60p and £3.00 in some of the more expensive cafes. You can get your hands on a vairety of coffee machines for the home for about £30+ that allows you to make your own espresso and cappuccino kind of drinks at home, although these tend to need re-fills that are costly, so I don't use them. You can also buy special coffee that is designed to taste and look like other varieties, i.e the nescafe capuccino that you make like a normal coffee.

Coffee has a high content of caffeine that has a stimulating effect on humans which is the reason it is commonly drunk in the morning to give people a kick start and wake them up, very similar to myself. I'd be lost without my morning coffee.

People prefer their coffee in lots of different ways, there isn't just one way to make it. You can have sugar, sweetners or none. Milk, cream or none and you can choose to have more or less coffee for a different concentration and strength.

Personall, I really like coffee although I do try to limit my intake as I've heard caffeine isn't too good for you and the coffee itself can stain your teeth which I don't really want. I do feel a little worse for wear when I don't have my morning coffee, my goodness, I must be addicted! aha .
Overall, I think coffee is a really nice drink, my favourite is the Mocha which has a lot of chocolate in and cream ontop although I have to pay £2.60 for a decent sized cup in town. Some of the coffee, like the espresso tastes putrid, it is so strong, but some people obviously like it. It is a great drink to have a gossip over and I personally would be lost without my coffee. My favourite brand is nescafe although I do occasionally have doug egberts which is very nice as well.

Summary: A great drink.
