Advantages: Tastes amazing and gives you energy

I am a self confessed coffee drinker.I drink coffee most of the time.And even though i have tried the decaffeinated ones.Its the caffeinne hit i need to keep me going with having three children.So if there wasn't any in it,i may as well drink water.I do prefer the taste of coffee over that of tea.And as i drink it black i get the full aroma and flavour and it isnt disrupted by the flavour of the milk.I absolutely adore perculated coffee ,but don't own a machine so I have to live with Instant coffee.Unlike other consumables,i find the brand own are usually not a patch on the top makes.But SOME of the supermarket brands are up there with the best if you buy their quality range and are still a fraction of the named branded coffee.
Its definately an addiction as i have tried to curve it ,ending up with quite severe headaches.We all have to have something we know is not healthy for us though,sometimes.

Summary: Drank in moderation ,no harm done.Tastes much better than tea.
