Coffee has to be one of my favourite drinks among with tea, I am one of these people who like both equally; I cant say that I prefer one or the other, but I am going to talk about coffee.

Coffee comes generally in two varieties depending on, mainly the quality of your cuppa and the price you wish to pay for it. You can get both a freezed dried verity and a ground coffee bean variety, which is obviously the best.

***FREEZE DRIED/IMSTANT***

Freeze dried coffee is for those who want a cup of coffee, but don?t want to take too much time preparing it or want to pay higher prices, but don?t mind sacrificing flavour. A jar of instant coffee costs typically £1.50 but this all depends on what size you get, this price is quoted for a medium sized jar.

Its quick and easy; a ?tea? spoon full into a cup, added with hot water, (sugar and milk if desired) is all that is needed, give it a stir and bobs your uncle.

The flavour of such freeze dried coffee isn?t quite the quality of ground coffee, by what do you expect, you get what you pay for.

***GROUND COFFEE BEANS***

Ground coffee is the best for flavour and aroma, it does truly make you a good cup of coffee. The use of a coffee peculator, or a coffee plunger, (jar with a push down rod) can be used to make a good cup of coffee.

Its does take relatively longer to make yourself a cuppa, coffee needs to be ground and then filtered through using one of the above methods, but it?s the best way to get a cup of coffee.

WITH OR WITHOUT MILK SIR?

My taste is to drink coffee with milk although many do drink it without. I also do the same with tea. It sort of softens the taste slightly; its up to ones individual taste, you can taste more of the coffee?s aroma without milk though it has to be said?

Coffee is a nice luxury, if you want to get all the best flavours from your drink than ground them yourself, it?s the best
way, it truly is.
