a decent ale from down under! (Coopers Sparkling Ale)
Advantages: cheap, readily available in Aus Disadvantages: easily lose count of how many you have had
This is produced in Adelaide and is available nearly everywhere in South Australia, and in good hotels/bottleo's throughout Australia. Its got a high alcohol content for a beer, but is a full flavoured ale. Its bottle fermented leaving yeast in the bottom, which is best if the bottle is turned before consumption to mix it in which created a fairly cloudy beer. its colour is a darkish amber. Summary: a strong flavoured, full strength South Australian! |
