This is my fourth wine op in a series of different wines from Bottoms up wine shop. This is a Bulgarian white wine that I actually quite like. Its not too sharp, dry or sweet and as its called medium dry and is exactly what I was thinking it would be. So if its not all the things mentioned above then what is it?? Well its a glorious yellow gold colour with a smell that isn't over powering but reminds me of flowers. The taste is nice, fruity and refreshing and this is a wine that you can drink on its own or with anything I would imagine, especially curries.
