An easy going beer that most people will like (Corona Extra)

Advantages: Tastes great

Disadvantages: Not great for a very aromatic meal

Corona is a light Mexican beer that comes in a clear bottle as you can see in the picture. Corona always comes in bottles and you can buy it singly or in a variety of sizes of crates. I would recommend buying a few bottles since it is fairly expensive to buy in single bottles.

Corona has a distinctive taste and also a distinctive image which is easily recognised. One of the strong points about Corona is that there is not much not to like about it, meaning that I think nearly everyone will like this drink provided they do not outright hate lager.

I always drink this if possible with a lime in the top since I think it gives it a better flavour and also the bottle looks quite cool with a lime in. This comes round to the flavour which has positives and negatives. On the positive side, I find that although it does not taste as good, Corona still tastes alright when its warm, which is good for a Summer type of drink.

On the negative side, because the flavour of Corona is not that strong, I would not choose to have this drink if I were having an Indian meal for instance because I think it would be lost.

A great beer that is well worth trying- especially if you are trying to get into lagers.
