Do you pour cow’s milk over your cereals, drink tea or coffee with milk, put whipped cream on your cheese cake and eat yoghurt, curd and cheese? If so, then I know that you’re a human being, if the amount of milk you drink daily surpasses one cup and you’re older than five years, then I know that you belong to the white race. How’s that? The female ability to produce milk is one of the defining characteristics of mammals, humans, like other mammals, consume milk during their infancy, their own mother’s milk or the milk of another mammal of the same species. No rule without exceptions, though, I once noticed cross-species lactation in a zoological garden, a ... Read the complete review

Cow's Milk......... I have to say that I am a massive fan of milk and for the most part it is pretty good for you. However I do tend to like it by the gallon load and full fat milk is my drink of preference. This however is not too good as it is high in fat. Of course skimmed milk is the lowest fat containing milk going next being semi skimmed and last being the full ... Read the complete review

In order to do this the cow is kept in a cycle of pregnancy/calving. There are arguments as to whether it is a good idea or not. Keeping the cows in lactation, even in organic dairy farming, just to produce milk for the human food chain is a debatable point. As humans, we are the only ... Read the complete review

Cow milk is the best source of child health after the mother feed. Low in fat and cholestoral, rich in Calcium, Vitamin A, B, D and K and some useful minerals to increase memory cells(neorons) makes it a complete food for the children. Even the young ones who take cow milk regularly, are found to be more active and genius than those not taking cow milk. The old people in India preferred cow milk over the buffalo's and advised their offspring to feed on cow milk because of the food value associated with the cow milk. So if someone has access to cow milk, he or she must drink it to enjoy the outcome of drinkiing it ... Read the complete review
