Cow's Milk......... I have to say that I am a massive fan of milk and for the most part it is pretty good for you. However I do tend to like it by the gallon load and full fat milk is my drink of preference. This however is not too good as it is high in fat. It is good for providing calcium and other vitamins such as A, B D and K but I do think it should be drunk within moderation.
