cow milk is good for your health it contains many things like protein which is good for the growth of your body organs,also calcium which makes our teeth and bones grow stronger and last of all vitamin D .Milk can also be used for lots of things or with lots of things forexample you put some in your cereals ,tea ,milkshake,holicks and many more other night or morning hot drinks.cow milk can be used for baking cakes ,scones,rock cakes,cup cakes,biscuits and many more.milk can be used for making sources for example white cheese source for macaroni cheese.My kids and i just like to drink it warm or cold.I personaly like the smooth texture of milk the cream of the milk that you can taste in your mouth.it does not cost that much and yet it so important in the fact that it is used to make so many things even cheese is made from milk
