The label on the bottle is pink and tells me the flavour and that it's the same great taste but now with no artificial colours, in a white stripe I am told it also has no added sugar. It's made from clear plastic so I can see the dark pink syrup inside. So the important bit- the taste test. As instructed I add 1 part syrup to 7 parts milk. Since I found out my job wasn't guaranteed a few weeks ago, we have been very careful with what we spent. I love food shopping but the last couple of weeks have been very boring at the supermarket, choosing the cheapest and the minimum we needed! Background We all know how important calcium is in our diet, at whatever stage in life. My Mum, concerned about osteoporosis and trying to build herself up a bit, decided that she should start trying to drinking a glass of milk each day, despite the fact she doesn't really like the stuff. I had always struggled to get our then-three year old twins to drink the white stuff - they have a healthy diet otherwise, so I have never been overly concerned - but since weaning from the breast they have never been interested in drinking milk.
