I used to love crusha as a kid, so decided to reminisce and buy a bottle the other day! I bought the strawberry flavour milkshake mix.
Looking at it from a nutritional aspect: The bottles main "claim to fame" advertisement is that it has no added sugar, however, 1 glass of 25ml crusha and 125ml semi skimmed milk contains 8g sugar! Alot I think you'll agree...
So i decided to see if the taste was worth the torture I was going to put my teeth through...
The smell is very sweet, like sugar candy! It has a milk pink tinge when mixed with milk, and actually tastes really nice. It is slightly syrupy and sweet, but I have learnt to not add as much as I did before!
A 500ml bottle makes 20 glasses of milkshake with 200ml milk and 15ml Crusha.
It is not very expensive, and really enourages kids to drink more milk, just make sure you clean your teeth after!
