Champagne Deutz is a small firm and André Lallier personally supervises every step of the winemaking process, beginning in the family owned vineyards. Unlike the larger producers, who buy must or even sur lattes wines, every bottle of Champagne Deutz is produced either from the home vineyard or from grapes personally selected by M.
