Not for the taste of it. DIET COKE!

Advantages: Fat free
Disadvantages: Not as tasty as full fat
Diet Coke is I the slimmed down version of the world famous coca cola.
Instead of the famous red label and white "coca cola" it is packaged in a light silvery grey colour with big red letters reading "Coke" and above it in slimmer, black , italic style lettering the word "Diet". This design makes it very recognisable and is often seen in shops alongside its father, coca cola.
Diet Coke is mainly available in 330 ml can form. But there are also popular 500 ml bottles and 2 litre bottles on offer. Other variety shapes and sizes are available and many vendors, pubs and restaurants serve Diet Coke.
The diet coke contains no fat, fibre, sugar, carbohydrates or protein. Due to the fact you need protein it's not the best drink to have.
For me it tastes ok and is a slimmer option than the full fat version. With less fat you just don't get full flavour. For me I would rather reduce my fat elsewhere in my diet as you just can't beat a can of the original "coca cola". Diet Coke is a ok and fat free but it shows in the taste.
Summary: An ok tasting fat free cola
