We have only had our cafetiere coffee maker for a couple of months so we are still trying different coffee makes to see which we prefer. We decided to buy our cafetiere after our recent stay near Edinburgh where almost everywhere our coffee was served in cafetieres and we really liked this. We wish now that we had asked which coffee they used, particularly at the Prestongrange Industrial Museum where we had the best coffee. At the moment we are using the Douwe Egberts – Le Café – Mild Real Coffee and we do quite like this one, although it is not really outstanding. We don’t like very strong coffee so this strength One coffee does suit ...
