This Valerian tea is now marketed as 'ticket to bedfordshire' tea... and it does exactly what it says on the package. The tea contains valerian, limeflower (a natural substance that reduces blood pressure) and hops, and is manufactured to strict German pharmaceutical standards to ensure purity.
