Advantages: Really easy to make, really really tasty

Disadvantages: There never seems to be enough in the pot!

I picked this up on a random Sainsbury's shop in the vague hopes that it would taste like coffee shop chai lattes. Subsequently, I've been buying a new pot every week! This is seriously good tea and I make everyone who comes to visit me drink some. It's really easy to make too which is an added bonus; you simply spoon the mixture into a cup and pour hot water over it. The best thing about it is that it's caffeine free; I find that I can't drink normal tea past 9pm or I won't sleep properly (decaffeinated tea is made of pure evil, by the way). I find that it's nicer than hot chocolate - for me, hot chocolate always sits rather heavily on the stomach, whereas this is nice and light.

It also works very well when baking cakes! Just add a spoonful or two to your cake mixture and you have a really tasty chai latte cake!

Summary: If you want the sort of chai tea you can buy in coffee shops, this is the tea for you :)
