This luscious wine is called "white" and has been put under the "white wines" category but it is in fact a delicate, delicious shade of pink - a rose wine to be precise. Once upon a Mother's Day night, my Mum and I were treated by the family to a meal out. There were seven of us in all, including one child. Only my Mum and Dad didn't want wine, so we thought we'd get a bottle or two to keep us going through the starters. First of all, I’m not drunk, but I AM slightly sozzled! – And because of you lot I’ve had to drink a WHOLE bottle of wine just so I could bring you the virtues and attributes of this delicious wine. Tchh! Ok, first off, DON’T put your wine in the fridge for longer than 10 minutes, (unless it’s bubbly) as this will take some of the taste and aroma away. ALWAYS store your wine horizontally, this keeps the cork damp and will be easier to pull and NEVER use a small glass, what’s the point!!!
