I once read an article several years ago which stated "if you are dehydrated by 5%, you can loose your trace of thought by 30%"
Since I heard this, I have taken a bottle of water with me to work every day!

Where is Evian from?
Evian mineral water is produced on the south shore of Lake Geneva, in France.

What does it taste like?
As with any bottled water, Evian mineral water is soft and clean tasting.

What size bottles are available?
I use a 75cl bottle on a daily basis with a sports top (flip cap), however there are screw caps available too, along with 50cl, 150 cl and 300cl bottles.

What price would I expect to pay?
Depending on where you purchase from, you should be expected to pay around £1 for a 75cl bottle from a local supermarket.

What's the bonus of drinking water?
Water makes up more than half of your body weight, a human couldn't survive for more than a few days without it. Your body has lots of important jobs to do, and it needs water to do most of them. For example your blood, which contains a lot of water, carries oxygen to all the cells of your body. Without oxygen, those tiny cells would die and your body would stop working.
So, the bottom line is you NEED water, but you get water from any fluid you drink, and most foods (fruit for example) - However drinking water is the best option for your body to receive it's requirements.

How much water can I drink?
You'll find your self needing to drink more water when you're warm due to exercise or the weather. There is no limit to what you can drink, the same with eating, you stop when you've had enough.
It is recommended you drink roughly 4.5 pints or 2 litres a day.

But why Evian?
To be honest, I've used several water companies and they all taste very simular, but I like the sport top on the Evian bottles, and that really is my only reason for choosing Evian.

Not only do I feel healthier for doing this, but I no longer drink any other soft or hot drinks during my working day!
