Its only water!!! (Evian)

Advantages: Fresh clean taste

Disadvantages: Expensive bottle of water - paying for convenience and the name

I really only tend to buy still bottled water when I am in town and feel thirsty. The water at home isn't great but I put it through a filter and it is fine. I don't really like still water on its own and really drink water in tea and coffee. I think it would be very extravagant to have bottled water in my kettle!

Anyway this week I found myself in town and thirsty, I popped into the paper shop and purchased a 1litre bottle for 99p. I think this may have been a special offer - I'm not really sure.

The first problem I encountered was trying to open the bottle it had a type of sports cap that you needed to break a plastic tab off first - I think this was industrial strength plastic and manged to chip a nail - great!!

Anyway after finally getting into the bottle I took a drink, and another I was impressed it tasted fresh and clean not chemically or chalky taste that some waters tend to have. I think if I am in town again I will probably make an effort to buy this again rather than just grab the first bottle that comes to hand!!
