Advantages: clean tasting
Disadvantages: slightly expensive for water
Man it's hot today. On hot sunny days it's extremely important to drink plenty of water, more so than usual, something that i often forget and leads me to buying a bottle of water to suplicate my needs.
And as usual, todays heat took me unawares so off i went to the shops and grabbed a bottle of water, Evian Natural Mineral Water to be precise.
Not that i have any particular affiliation with this brand, but as far as bottled water goes Evian is considered cream of the crop. The bottle boasts that Evian Natural Mineral Water is characterised by it's lightness and balanced composition... no arguments from me there. On inspection of the waters composition chart, it doesn seem to sport a good balance of calcium, magnesium, bicarbonates etc.
Varying in size and price (I bought the 75cl bottle for 92p today) and filtered for 15 years through the heights of the French Alps, Evian is a fresh and clean tasting water.
Unlike many bottled waters that amazingly can make you a bit thirstier, Evian really hits the spot. Some waters can taste acidic or even creamy, but Evian holds no unexpected suprises, just what you'd expect from water.
The official water of the Wimbledon Tennis Championships this year, let's all take a leaf from the sporting worlds book, and as we up our summer activities, remember to keep well hydrated. And as far as i'm concerned, Evian is a great way to do this.
Summary: Let's all drink pletny of water this summer
