... Fanta Zero and promptly decided to give it a go. Fanta Zero comes in a curvy plastic bottle with orange paper wrapped around part of it. It states that it's made with "real fruit" but this turns out to be only 5% orange juice from concentrate. It contains only 8 calories per serving, and there are two servings per 500ml bottle. My concern with this drink is that it does contain artificial sweeteners. In fact it contains several - saccharin, aspartame, and acesulfame K. Why it needs quite so many I'm not ...more

Premium Review Fanta Orange Zero: Fanta loses zero marks for flavour (357 words)

I was out for a drive today and had stopped at the petrol station to fill up the car. I was also extremely thirsty so had a look around at all the drinks being sold there. I can't have caffeine so that knocks out a lot of choices, I don't like paying money for water when I can get it for free at home, and I didn't want to take in a lot of calories. Usually in this situation I go for either a really light Ribena or a caffeine-free diet coke, but neither of these options were available. That's when I spotted the Fanta Zero and promptly decided to give it a go. Fanta Zero comes in a curvy plastic bottle with orange paper wrapped around part of it. Premium Review The Same Fizzy & Fruity Fanta, But Without The Calories (470 words)

I tend to opt for zero/diet versions of fizzy drinks these days and I find most retain the flavour of their original counterpart. I was quite surprised to see the average review for Fanta Zero to be 2/5 stars because I love it! Fanta is a popular brand, with a history dating back to 1940's Germany, and the fizzy versions are available in a few different flavours, including Fruit Twist, Orange (the most favourable choice), and Icy Lemon. The latter two are available in low calorie versions, and this review is for Orange Zero. Fanta Orange Zero is sold in the usual sizes, including the 330ml can, 500ml & 2L bottles and the 330ml can multipacks. ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review Fanta Orange Zero: A fanta lacking pop! (596 words)

When it comes to regular orange Fanta I'm a massive fan of it(please see review lol). So when I saw Fanta Orange 'Zero' (which I never knew existed before I spotted it in Sainsbury's priced at 79p for a 2 litre size (instead of the usual price of around abouts £1.15) I decided it must be worth trying out. Also this is available in other sizes and in a lot of other places too of course and you may have seen it about on your travels! The Bottle I bought is of course the large 2 litre bottle. It is clear plastic with a screw on/off back, plastic lid to the top of it with white writing on it telling me it is 'Zero' and to open the bottle by hand. There is a large ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review Fanta Half Taste?? (432 words)

When it comes to fizzy drinks I only drink diet! I'm more than well aware than fizzy carbonated drinks like diet coke, Fanta Zero etc are not the healthiest of things to drink but I still will drink them. It's the choice that I make and if others don't like fizzy drinks then don't drink them..... So as a regular Diet Coke drinker I was looking for a bit of a change....... So Fanta Zero seemed like a perfect choice. A low calorie orange fizzy soft drink yum! It's only been in the last two years that I have opted for "diet" drinks. I used to drink regular coke and regular Fanta but I just didn't like the sugary strong taste and coating ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review Fanta Orange Zero: Zero sugar, still has the taste of fanta (383 words)
by - written on 08/09/08 (Very useful, 58 readings)
Rating:

It seems that recently, every soft drink manufacturer is jumping on the 'zero' bandwagon - that is, zero sugar. Coke zero, Sprite zero, and other brands, some with different names for it, have all released products with zero sugar, aiming at a more health conscious nation as we slowly but surely go mad trying to restrict the amount of sugar and additives and flavourings and fatty foods we consume. While I am not overly worried about the amount of sugar I have, I regularly drink Sprite Zero as I quite like the taste, and so when I saw that Fanta Zero was on offer in my local Somerfield (£1.74 for a pack of six cans) I grabbed it off the shelf to give it a ...  Read the complete review
