This is my favourite drink. Whenever I go to a restaurant, I will always ask for Fanta Orange. I can immediately tell when they bring me something different or if it is watered down, because Fanta has a distinct taste that I love. I have tried many other orange fizzy drinks, but nothing matches Fanta Orange. It is a product of the Coca Cola Company and is just one of the many Fanta flavours available. You can also buy Fanta Orange Zero, which has no sugar in it whatsoever, but has a taste that is hard to distinguish from the original Fanta Orange taste.

You can buy them in 2 litre bottles or in cans. They are also available in multi-packs, which will save you some cash. I love the look of the Fanta bottles, as they look really stylish. They start off straight at the bottom, and then there is a groove towards the top, until it slowly curves outwards again. This groove makes it very useful, because the bottle is extremely easily gripped, with the added bonus of small indentations for extra grip when pouring some Fanta. The label wraps round the lower straight part of the bottle. It is orange mostly with bits of yellow. The Fanta Orange logo is right in the middle at a good size, so you can easily spot it from a distance. Fanta do a lot of promotional offers on their bottles, which are always advertised on this label. Things such as cars to be won and other prizes such as laptops are just a couple examples of what promotions they have. The cans are similar. They are 330ml like any other standard can, and they have the Fanta logo really large on the front, with other information such as nutritional and ingredients round the side. I always buy the cans so I can take them to work as they are delicious.

The drink itself has an orange colour to it. When freshly opened, it will fizz in your glass for a while after being poured. When pouring it into a glass, a thick layer of bubbles appears, giving off a sparkling aroma that smells wonderful and fruity. I have never opened a Fanta bottle or can where it doesn't fizz. They are never flat, and always have quite a bit of fizz in them. However, if you leave them for too long then they will go flat, so it's best to drink them quickly once they have first been opened because the gas escapes.

Having just poured some from my 2 litre bottle, it smells very fruity, but more of orange. It has a light scent to it, not too strong but it is a subtle smell. Having a sip, it is delicious. Mine has been in a very cool fridge for a long time, and it makes the drink so much nicer and much more refreshing. I would never suggest that you have this drink slightly warm, because it totally ruins the flavour and sensation as I once found out. Always have it chilled as is suggested on the bottles and cans. When it enters your mouth, it tingles your tongue at first and then the lovely flavour is bought to your senses. It has a very sweet taste of orange, and quite a light one too, but is very thirst quenching and refreshing. It has the consistency of water, so it runs down your mouth like a dream and is very flavoursome. It has no aftertaste really, but leaves your mouth with an odd feeling, kind of dry to make you have more and more!

The 2 litre bottle can be bought at any supermarket for around £1.49. However, I keep seeing this deal at my local supermarket, where you can get two bottles for £2.29, which works out cheaper. There are also 500ml bottles for sale at some shops for 79p. 100ml of the drink consists of 43kcal and 10.4g carbohydrate with no fat or protein source. You can buy a 24 pack of the aluminium cans for £10.99, which works out that you get around 14p for every 100ml, so cheaper than the rest as you can see when you buy in bulk.

In conclusion, this is a very thirst-quenching delicious drink. You can buy them in bulk to save a lot of money, but don't be too tempted to drink them all the same day! It is the best drink by far to have next to you in the summer, sitting in the sun. It is very refreshing, has a lovely taste and smell and is available with low calories in the Fanta Orange Zero bottle.
