Advantages: Nice in small doses, powerful, bubbly flavour

Disadvantages: Can make you sick if you drink too much, can be very powerful

Fanta Orange is a fizzy orange drink that has now become the most popular orangey soft drink in the United Kingdom. Fantas was created in Nazi Germany during the second world war, as there was a ban on importing sugar to Germany, Coca Cola needed a replacement for Coca Cola in that country and created the first version of Fanta, only the second drink ever produced by the mighty Coca Cola.

It has taken on many competitiors including Tango and Miranda and is still the market leader worldwide.

Packaging:

Fantas comes in a variety of shapes, it has a distinctive advertising wrapper, bright orange with Fanta in blue wording and pictures of oranges, you can buy the drink in canned form, either on its own in packs of 6, 12 or 23, you can buy 330ml bottles, one litre bottles or 2 litre bottles.

The 330ml bottles are generally quite expensive as their the kind sold in cinemas or places where your a captive audience, thety are the handiest size for carrying around but it is much better value buying a one or two litre bottle as this costs about 50p more than the smaller bottle, with a 330ml bottle generally costing around 75p and one litre coming to between £1-£1.30 in Iceland and other supermarkets.

Its Flavour

This drink is incredibly bubbly and orangey drink, it contains orange juice, carbonated water and lots of syrup, its very sweet, really fizzy and gives you a real rush through the sugary syrup kick in it, its not particularly good for you but it does give a short term energy boost.

My View

I like a bottle of Fanta occasionally its lovely chilled, although isn't a great mixer drink, it is not great value for the smaller bottle but is better value for the larger bottles in supermarkets, too much of this would make you ill but its nice as an occasional treat.

Summary: Dodgy history, decent drink
