Advantages: Cures Hangovers, Tastes great

Disadvantages: Doesnt do your teeth any favours

Fanta Fruit Twist is a god send mainly when I have been out drinking (too much) I always take a can of Fanta Twist up to bed with me, this is because I'm guaranteed to wake up in the night absolutely parched, gasping for a drink. When I wake up the next morning my mouth feels like the bottom of a budgies birdcage, but there to combat that horrible feeling is a lovely red can sat on my bedside table, Fanta Fruit Twist.

Fanta Fruit Twist is made with real fruit juices, it contains Orange, Peach and Passionfruit and there are no artificial flavours or colours. Its a sparkling mixed fruit drink that is kind of pinky in colour and tingles on your tongue and is a product of The Coca Cola Company.

You can buy them in different sizes, 330ml cans, 500ml bottles or 2 litre bottles. I buy mine in cans as they are regularly on offer and I find the flavour and fizz last longer. The 2 litre bottles I find do go flat quite quickly.

In a 330ml can there is 124 calories, 30.5g of sugar (just whats needed to fight a hangover) 0.0g of fat, saturates and salt. The cans can also be recycled as normal.

In Morrisons you can buy a pack of 6 cans for around £2.75 and they quite often have offers on where you can buy 2 packs for £4.00 or buy one pack get one free. When they are on offer I tend to stock up and its not uncommon for me to have 18 - 24 cans in the house at anyone time.

I find Fanta Twist extremely refreshing and it does taste much better chilled. I generally only drink Fanta on a weekend for medicinal purposes and rarely have any during the week. The sugar contents is quite high and although it works in my favour at the weekend I dont think it would do my teeth any good if I drank it every night of the week as well. I do like other fizzy drinks but I would only ever buy them if there was no Fanta Twist on the shelf, other fizzy drinks dont seem quite as satisfyingly tasty to me.

There is a Fanta website that shows all the different flavours and has lots of information on all of the products. www.fanta.co.uk. And if you feel the urge to ask questions about any of the drinks you can visit www.letsgettogether.co.uk.

Had no idea it worked for hangovers lol. I do love the taste though. It's much nicer than the Lemon Fanta.

I really like the taste of this, although it is quite unnatural - but hey, if it cures hangovers! :)
