Frederik Pilsner

Frederik Pilsner is an Estonian beer based on a Danish recipe and the outcome is distnctly mediocre. The design looks very mediocre and that's exactly what it is. It pours a pale golden colour and has a medium sized white head which seems to fade relatively quickly, their is some lacing but this goes about as quickly as the head. At 4.3%, its bang in the middle of a standard pilsener range but like so many European Pilsners it fails to make any ground on its Czech cousins.
