Advantages: milk-tastic

Disadvantages: might get a bit dairy-headed

After the MacDonalds milkshake, which is literally ice cream in a glass, the Frijj range comes a very close second.

My current favourite flavour is the strawberry with chocolate coming a close second place

The milkshakes are extremely thick, come in 500ml containers and are quite low in fat. The packaging is brightly coloured and with the unusual name are hard to miss on the supermarket shelves.

Details from the bottle:
* Made with fresh milk
* Less than 2.5% fat (approx. 10g)
(Less than 1% for standard flavours, eg. banana)
* Rich in calcium (88% RDA)
* Suitable for vegetarians

In general, the cost is about one pound (£1.05 for my local Spar, 83p/95p from Tesco) which is quite reasonable for such a quality product.

Buy one now and taste for yourself.

Three cheers for Frijj!!!

Summary: FILL YA FRIJJ FULL!!
