Advantages: Attractive packaging, Delicious milkshake
Disadvantages: High price
Frijj milkshake is by far my milkshake of choice.
I never noticed this milkshake until recently, but that might have something to do with the recent redesign of the bottles. Given that the packaging is the first thing you're likely to notice I start my review with this.
There are a lot of milkshakes out there, so capturing a potential customer's attention is a necessity, and this packaging does just that. What you immediately notice is that the bottle is big and chunky, something which juxtaposes nicely with the thick liquid inside. Given this the customer is immediately able to imagine what drinking the milkshake is like and so is drawn to the bottle. Certain flavours have the advantage in that they have pictures of Simpson's characters, enticing to both young and old.
With regards to the milkshake itself, there is nothing more refreshing than a bottle of Frijj. Frijj prides itself as being a thick milkshake and it more than lives up to this. You can't help but feel that you're drinking something substantial as you pour this mixture down your throat in flavours ranging from chocolate fudge brownie to cookie dough.
Unfortunately the price is often substantial too and whilst the milkshake makes up for it in thickness it has a habit of thinning your wallet. It's good if on offer.
Summary: Nice as a treat
