Advantages: tastes wonderful

Disadvantages: best from a fullers pub; London area mostly

Fullers ESB is the beer for those times when you've got time to enjoy your beer. It is great for celebratory occasions, and if you're lucky enought to live reasonably close to the brewery [chiswick, London]or to one of their off licenses [sw from chiswick, mostly], you can order up a firkin of their nectar for the delectation of you and your friends at home.
The beer is wonderfully smooth and well rounded, with a soft mouth feel that fills all the available taste buds with its velvety complexity.
It's good/very good in bottle form, wonderful from a firkin, and absolutely sublime when you find it in a pub that knows how to look after it, and you are lucky enough to havew a pint drawn from near the end of the barrel.
The only problem can be getting up again after sitting enjoying that oh so tempting, but oh so slightly over the top third pint!
