Galaxy Thick Shake
Advantages: I very pleasant taste of rich creamy chocolate.
Disadvantages: Not enough in the bottle for the price.
One of my addictions and vices in life are chocolate milkshakes and have been ever since I can remember and on the occasion that I may fancy a fix I will often go into the local shop or supermarket and pick up a chocolate milkshake of all different brands - Galaxy Thick Shake being one of my favourites.
The beauty about a Galaxy Thick Shake is that it possesses a quite unique chocolaty flavour and is quite reminiscent of the actual Galaxy chocolate taste obtained from the original chocolate bar, which seems to me to be rich and creamy.
Even though this particular bottle of milkshake claims to be a thickshake variety, it isn't really that 'thick' in consistency, in relation to the thickshakes I have consumed from other brands. This is not a problem for me because the consistency of the Galaxy Thickshake is pretty much perfect for what I enjoy from a milkshake.
The price is a little steep for these drinks (see price guide contained with item description being reviewed), but I feel one does get a quality milkshake or thickshake. There is one problem for me though and because of my addiction for these kinds of drinks, one bottle is never enough, so to satisfy my craving I would most likely have to buy another one and even another, so for chocolate milkshake addicts like myself, the Galaxy Thickshake could prove to be a relatively expensive addiction. I wish the manufacturers would make bigger bottles, or even a carton at a good price.
All in all, a tasty little drink which could benefit from being supplied in bigger quantities at a more reasonable price - for the milkshake junkies!
Summary: Lovelly tasting drink, but bigger bottles or containers would be appreciated.
