Smooth, creamy and biscuitty. I was most surprised by Gosset - we first got a case to celebrate my Son's christening (plus a few for ourselves) as it was on offer at an excellent discount. A lovely colour, and soft bubbles (don't ask me how) plus a lovely nose. Despite a reasonable price (even more so on offer) this tastes like a more expensive champagne, none of that acidic kick that you get from some of the "cheaper" champagnes.
