Advantages: Easy to get

Abbot ale is one of the top ales on my list is has a very nice taste that leave a good taste on your pallet. It is served in alot of pubs all over but the most common would be J.D Weatherspoons at a very cheap price. It also appears at alot of beer festivals that i have been to.

It has a 5% ABV content so it is a little strong after a fair few you will feel it hit you hard. Abit of history on the beer is that this is greene kings flasgship brand and its brewed in cask barrells.

It has a malty taste with a hint of spice to it so it is a drink that can be loved by anyone that loves there ale. It is very smooth and is well matured so it can keep you going for when you decide to drink it. Personally it is one of my favourite beers that can be gotten with ease.

Summary: Its a rich full bodied beer
