	Halewood Irish Meadow ... it s quite a girly drink, Baileys is one of my top liqueurs, and I have spent many a relaxing hour knocking back shots of the tasty concoction with plenty of ice. However, as it s a rather expensive tipple (around £12 for the 700ml bottle), I don t buy it on a regular basis, and often resort to the cheaper mock-Baileys drinks which are available at a fraction of the cost. One such beverage is Irish Meadow , which retails at only £4 for the 700ml bottle. Irish Meadow is basically a thinner version of Baileys - a cream, white wine and whiskey based liqueur with a pleasant flavour. 	Halewood Irish Meadow ... m a very big fan of Baileys which is probably the best known Irish Cream Liqueur out there. It s very expensive though at over £10 for a standard bottle so I was pleased to notice in Tesco that there s an alternative available for much less money. This stuff costs £3.99 a bottle and my Mrs informs me that it s been around for a while, I ve just never noticed it before now. I thought it had to be worth a go at that price. This is basically a cheap version of Baileys. It s an Irish Cream Liqueur with a strong smell of whiskey and a really smooth creamy texture even if it was a tad on the thin side. 	Red Square Vodka ... work as quality control for an alcohol factory that makes and bottles Red Square Vodka. Red Square Vodka is own by Halewood int. based in Liverpool. It is a 37.5% vodka. Looks wise, it comes in a clear bottle with a red cap with Red Square printed on it. The labels are clear with red writting on them. About 18 months ago the receipe for Red Square Vodka was changed to cut back on costs, Halewood had a few financial problems about 2 years ago. Most consumers aren t aware of the change in the receipe. The vodka which is now labelled as Red Square is actualy a standard, cheap vodka, the same vodka we label for tesco, asda ect. as their value vodkas. The ONLY vodka stil...
