... 24 bottles in a crate for £4.99 and the crate was buy one get one free, so about 12.5p per bottle! Bargain! It is refreshing and thirst quenching, but seems to make me pee much more often! I like Highland Spring as the bottle has a little spout cap for easy sucking and I can drink the water really easily. The water tastes a lot less processed and you can definitely taste the lower sodium content than other brands of water I have had. It is very refreshing, affordable and healthy and now I have 48 bottles I have been...more

Highland Spring Natural Mineral Water Still: From the highlands of Scotland, well actually Perthshire (435 words)

I don't normally buy bottled water as I feel its a bit of a waste of money, but recently I was about to do a 3hr drive and I couldn't find an empty bottle to take some water with me (was a warm day thought I might get thirsty) so I popped into a garage to get some water and came away with a bottle of highland spring. The bottle I got was 750ml and it had a sports cap, very handy if your trying to drink it in a car, less likely to spill it all over yourself. The bottle is made of clear plastic and has a purpley label which says "Highland spring: Still spring water" on it and the sports cap bit has a purple lid and a white screw top bit. The bottle ...  Read the complete review

Decent bottled water (355 words)

I drink a huge amount of mineral water - although i know tap water is perfectly fine to drink I live on the South coast near London and the tap water here is horrible. So i end up drinking a lot of bottled water mainly as it tastes nicer and i know drinking 1.5 litres (and upwards) a day is really good for you. Normally i buy own brand mineral water from Tesco or Sainsbury's (mainly because it's much cheaper, around £1.49 for 6 500ml bottles) but i will often buy a single bottle or two when i'm out and about. Highland Spring is my usual bottled water of choice if it's available, it's notably cheaper than a lot of competitors, for ...  Read the complete review

Highland Spring Natural Mineral Water Still: Refreshing water....and its organic! (403 words)
by - written on 28/05/09 (Very useful, 64 readings)

I have become obsessed with drinking water. Since i've started trying to eat 'healthier' and lose some weight my water consumption has gone up massively. I drink about three litres a day. Most of that is good old tap water, but i regularly buy bottled water when i am out to satisfy my insatiable thirst! Highland Spring is one of the most recent companies that i have tried. About Highland Spring: They say the water is naturally filtered through land that is certified as organic by the soil association and is drawn from a protected source. It is apparantly 100% natural scottish spring water. What you get: I bought a 1.5 litre bottle from my ...  Read the complete review

Bottled in the mountains of.......Scotland (227 words)

Now, I know what you're thinking.... 'Why would you review water, it all tastes the same!' Well, not too me! I drink nothing but bottled water and the occasional cup of tea (made from bottled water!) People laugh at me, but I really can taste a difference between different bottled waters. The bottle of Highland Spring I'm reviewing is the 500ml bottle. It comes with an easy access sports cap, which I really like for when I'm at work or exercising and need a quick swig. Also, the bottle is shaped so it nips in in the middle, making it easier to hold. What the back of the bottle says; 'Naturally filtered ...  Read the complete review

Highland Spring Natural Mineral Water Still: 0 calories (352 words)

We drink a fair few bottles of water in our family all year round so it can be pretty expensive - I've tried the cheapest to the most expensive & can say that Highland Spring comes near the top of my list of favourites. I must admit I don't buy as much as I like these days due to the credit crunch/recession so it's a bit of a treat. The smart plastic bottle has a sturdy flip-top lid & is quite deep - it makes a satisfying 'click' sound when you close it so there's little danger of it spilling & it costs around £2.20 for 12 x 330ml. The taste isn't too exciting but it doesn't have the copper-flavour that some waters seem to ...  Read the complete review
