Apparently it SHOULD be summer at the moment and not a season where the weather is being governed by Ming the Merciless a la Flash Gordon. For those few days when the glorious sun shines I am making a point of steering away from my usual darker beers and sampling some of the summer ales on offer at the moment. These tend to be mostly seasonal ales and it is a shame to miss out on something that is only available for a limited time.
