Advantages: It helps me sleep

Disadvantages: Would like it to be cheaper now that i am addicted to it!

This was recommended to me by a friend - and one who i would never think would drink this type of drink as it does have an 'old fogey' image!, however as he was staying with me for the week i thought i would buy him some in.

I made myself a mug of it even though i was never overly keen on these malted drinks and settled down to drink it and have a chat at about 11pm. I was very surprised at how easy it was to mix - you simply add hot water (I always assosciated these drinks with milk) and stir. It has a nice frothy look. It also is pleasantly think, but without being too heavy or too malty. The chocolate flavour is spot on too. I have to say i thought it was delicious. It also really did wind me down before bed.... I am one for lying in bed with everything turning round in my head and it can take me over an hour to get to sleep most nights and i wake several times a night. I was ready for sleep within half an hour of drinking it and nodded off so easily that i have drunk it every night since. I do still wake up in the night but at least now i can actually get to sleep, which has also reduced any anxiety like 'i wonder how long it will take me to get to sleep tonight'. I dont know what they have put in it but to me it is phenomenal. I have been telling everybody about this! they do look at me like 'THAT can't get you to sleep' but it does!!!! I don't know how but it does! My friend will have 2 cups of it before going to sleep but for me one cup does the trick - I cant recommend it enough!!!
