When it comes to making Smoothies Innocent certainly know their business and while you pay for the name and the quality they are a refreshing drink and reasonably healthy as well.

I do like Cranberries and they have certain health qualities so after reading a positive review about this product on Dooyoo I decided to give it a try and now I have a new flavour option to choose when I fancy a smoothie.

A bottle only contains 46 calories which is not bad, this particular smoothie is a lovely dark red in colour and has a nice thick consistency to it. The taste is very fruity and for me I would say that the cranberry flavour is a bit stronger in it and there are raspberry pips in the drink which some people may not like. Given that they are made from fresh fruit then this is a healthy drink, it has a lovel smooth blended flavour and is a little sweet as well.

The packaging is simple and quite stylish however the bad news is that at £2.30 a bottle it is not cheap as I find I drink a 250ml bottle in one go.

Summary: Good smoothie
