... smoothies are very natural with the ingredients that they use. There are no artificial flavourings or sweeteners to make the taste 'better' but this is quite refreshing. According to the packaging, a 250ml serving of this smoothie is equivalent to two portions of fruit and constitutes 15 per cent of your recommended daily intake of fibre. I've never really been a fan of smoothies and have rarely drank them until recently. Mum persuaded me to try one of these smoothies as she had already poured a glass but couldn't drink it for some reason, so she palmed it off on me instead. ***The Juice*** Given the ingredients of this smoothie, it is no surprise that the colour is overwhelmingly green. To be honest, it looks a lot like thick green sludge at first glance and does not look particularly enticing.
