I don't eat the healthiest of diets and I am always looking for the cheat's way to boost my vitamin intake without making any effort. I love Innocent Smoothies and seeing as they are the simplest way of upping my fruit intake I tend to drink one glass every day. My favourite flavour is this Kiwis, Apples and Limes variety, and it is available in 250ml single serving sized bottles, or larger 750ml and 1.25 litre cartons. Because I drink this so often I tend to buy the XXL size cartons as this gives better value for money. A recommended serving size is 250mls, so this carton gives 5 full servings which is the perfect amount to give me one glass a day Monday - ... Read the complete review

Sometimes, when life gets really busy, we try to have smoothies in the fridge to have as a quick breakfast on the go. During our latest Tesco shop, these Innocent smoothies were half price costing £1.39 for 750ml. There's a bit of a difference in opinion on smoothies in our household. My other half likes things with a real citrus/tarty taste (tried to avoid saying my other half likes tarty things but essentially it's true!). I on the other hand prefer less sour tasting smoothies and tend to go for anything with a banana or strawberry base. I suspected this smoothie might be too sour for me, but given that my fiancé had sold his car at the weekend ... Read the complete review

In the past the thought of cold pulverised fruit especially pulped up banana was enough to make me feel sick. In fact just writing it down and thinking about it is making me nauseous. Yet despite my horror of squidged up slimy stuff, I would insist that my children consume some with their brekkie as part of the ever constant battle to get 5 a day into them.....and they do....happily. I have been totally sold by the innocent advertising and their promises to: 1) make it healthy - with 2 or your 5-a-day in every 250ml serving - plus a source of fibre and Vitamin C too. 2) find the best fruit - even if they have to try 500 varieties before ... In a world dominated by fizzy drinks that rot your teeth and Energy drinks that give you heart attacks is good to know that there are still some healthy drinks out there (coming from me who happens to be the biggest coca cola addict). But no matter how delicious coke is you can't drink too much of it for fear of waking up toothless, that's where innocent smoothies come in. As it is Coca cola are currently in the process of gaining a 100% share of the company so I wonder how much longer the drinks will remain free of any artificially introduced sugar. I love all of their smoothies but there is one gripe that it would appear I am not alone ... Read the complete review

I'm a big fan of fruit drinks and fruit smoothies and generally try to make mine at home with my blender but when I have to buy a shop bought variety I always go for Innocent Smoothies. Innocent Drinks are a UK based company who specialize in producing fruit smoothies and also flavoured waters. It's the smoothies though that I really love as not only are they tasty but they are also healthy and have a great variety of flavours for you to choose from. They also have a great combination of fruits in their drinks too. For example some of the flavours you can choose from are the following: Mangoes and passion fruits Cranberries and ...
