On my way to visit my parents each week I often pop into Boots and grab a meal deal for my lunch, this week the drink I decied to have was the Pomegranates, blue berries and acai Innocent Smoothie. This particular smothie caught my eye because of the deep gold label and the rich dark purple colour of the smoothie. The smoothie is 250ml and costs about £2 when bought alone, however it was not so much of a sting to my pocket when I was buying the meal deal and getting the smoothie along with my sandwiches and cake for just £2.99, although I doubt I would buy the bottle otherwise. I love Innocent smoothies. My favourites are the purpley red varieties which are all the berry type ones. This is new one I tried the other day, 'Pomegranates, Blueberries and Acai' is part of Innocent Detox range, and is labelled as a 'superfruit' smoothie. It's made to look extra special in gold packaging! Innocent says.. 3 good reasons to drink this smoothie- 1. There are two portions of fruit in every bottle 2. It provides 13% of your GDA of fibre 3. It gives you the goodness of 6 different types of fruit The smoothie contains - 19 pressed red and white grapes 1/2 a mashed banana 1/2 a pressed ... Read the complete review

I think Innocent manufacturer - Innocent ltd, has made a great effort to create something simply delicious and 100% natural. Some popular smoothies often seem like a healthy alternative to fruit, but many have hidden white sugar, sweetener and other stuff I try to avoid as much as i can.One bottle contains two portions of fruit, no artifical ingredients at all, only pure and squeezed fruits. Perfect as part of balanced diet, especially when the real fruit became unnaceptable & unwanted and children do not want to chew them. Naturally it is free from additives and contains following fruits: Red and white ... Read the complete review

Purple, gorgeous-tasting and provides 2 of your 5 portions of fruit and veg a day, this smoothie is brilliant! Containing grapes, orange and banana alongside the berries noted in the smoothie name, this little bottle is a great on-the-go breakfast, fresh from the fridge - it's also available in a family friendly litre carton. At 200 calories per bottle, these are more healthy sweet snacks than an actual drink. Containing the superfruit acai berries, this smoothie perks you up and fills you with antioxidants - it also supplies you with over half of your recommended vitamin C allowance. Innocent drinks promote healthy and tasty drinks, made simply ... Read the complete review
