I first got into Innocent Smoothies when they started stocking them in Boots and you could get one as part of your meal deal. It was partly the bonus fruit that it added to my diet and partly the fact I felt I was getting better value for money from my meal deal.

Over the years I have become a real fan.

Innocent Smoothies contain no concentrated fruit juices, just 100% freshly squeezed and pulped fruit. This means they are extra good for you and extra thick. You can taste those vitamins perking you up!

You can buy the smoothies in 1 and 1.5 litre cartons, 250ml bottles (the ones that come with the meal deals) or smaller cartons for kids. The average 250ml bottles contain between 2 and 3 of your recommended daily intake of fruit and veg. How much easier could it be to be healthy? Although they do contain a lot of naturally occurring fruit sugars so should be eaten with a meal ideally.

The customer service at Innocent is excellent - it is a really friendly company who strive for good products and good after sales care. I could not fault them at all
