Disadvantages: Price, ring pull

Lush. I got this once im Booths in Keswick when I was visiting a dear friend, as it was on special offer and the big carton (which is what I bought) was cheaper than the small bottle. I did not know what to expect as I had heard a variety of things about it 'smooth' 'pulpy' 'yummy' etc, so I poured it out.

There, in front of me, mango and passion fruit, a bright yellowy orange gloop in my pingu mug before me. I gave the mug a tip to check the consistacy: thick. Very thick.

I downed it within seconds despite the thickness, and that became the first of many. Before I was introduced to mango and passion fruit smoothies, I don't think I even met a fifth of my daily reccomended amount of fruit and veg. But now, I can honestly say I get at least 2 portions of fruit and veg out the way each day with this wonder drink.

Maybe I should branch out and try the other tempting flavours?

OH! and the ring pull to get into the bottle is nasty, i have a scar on my finger from it and various stains on the ceiling from where it sprays when I've opened it. Wear safety goggles.

Summary: Lush and yummy
