The innocent brand is fairly new, starting off as a small business 9 years ago, but has now grown to be very popular with Coca Cola making an investment in the company. It can be found in most supermarkets and has a variety of products within the range such as:

Smoothies - 100% pure fruit smoothies
Smoothies for kids - similar to the regular smoothies but are available in smaller cartons with recipes designed to suit kids
Superfruit smoothies - smoothies made with superfruits rics in specific nutrients such as pomegranate
Thickies - live probiotic yougurt and honey drink
Orange juice - exactly what the name suggests
Pure fruit squeezes- the newest product in the range, tubes of pure fruit puree

I have tried several of the smoothies, with my faveourite being the smoothies for kids. This is due to them being in cartons perfect for taking in a packed lunch but also because I find it to be the perfect amount of smoothie.

There are a huge amount of varities to try, I reccomend strawberrys & banana and mango and passion fruit! But I havnt found a flavour I dislike yet.

In one of the mini bottles of smoothie you tend to get about 5 different types of fruit and get about 1 or2 of your 5 a day dependent of the variety you try.

I find the smoothies great for if you need to make up your daily intake of fruit and veg, they are also perfect for a snack as they are quite filling.

A lot of people suggest they are expensive but if you visit the brand website they have a chart showing the savings of buying an innocent smoothie compared to buying the ingredients to make your own. They also frequently appear in promotions at leading supermarkets.

I definately suggest anyone who enjoys fruit but doesnt have the time to eat 5 a day, and with the variety of flavours on offer everyone is sure to find a mix they enjoy!!!

Summary: All the fruity goodness without the mess of eating/chopping/pealing
