Advantages: Very tasty, full of fruit.

Disadvantages: Expensive with lots of sugar.

I buy these smoothies when I go and have a bite to eat in the tescos cafe, and I have to say, they are delicious. Some of them are a bit on the sweet side for me, but still, thinking that 100% fruit goes into them, they have to be good for you! Kids really enjoy them as well, due to the simple way the packaging is arranged, and the funny stories and game on some of the bottles.

My only two snags with the product are the price, and the amount of sugar. Firstly, the price, they are very expensive compared to other smoothies on the market, but I suppose you get what you pay for, if you want something super healthy, with all of the product being fruit then you will have to pay more. But the main thing that worries me if the amount of sugar in the drinks. I know it comes from the fruit, but still on TV programs they say about fruit juices rotting your teeth, and smoothies are more concentrated, and meant to be worse for your teeth. I just wonder whether the health benefits of all that fruit overcomes my problem.

But all in all, you cannot get a more fruity drink on the market, and if it helps you get your five a day then why not, give them a try!
